Baltimore Green Works’ Sustainable Speaker Series

Baltimore Green Works (BGW) announced that it will host Paul Greenberg, author of Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food, as the 6th lecturer in its Sustainable Speaker Series.

As an acclaimed food writer and long time fisher, Greenberg will walk us through the dynamics of over fishing, why the industry favors some the varieties of fish over others, and how the exploitation of these four species of fish has threatened the existence of our oceans

Mr. Greenberg’s lecture on the consequences of over fishing, fish farming, and the future of seafood will be held August 18 at the Enoch Pratt Free Libray's South East Anchor branch. The event will be preceded by a reception. This event is presented in partnership with the Enoch Pratt Free Library.  As it is part of BGW’s Sustainable Speaker Series, this event is free and open to the public.
