Hill Management Services, Inc. is a privately owned, full-service real estate development company headquartered in Timonium, Maryland. Since inception in 1976, Hill Management has established itself as one of Maryland’s prominent real estate developers.
Describe the interns responsibilities.
The applicant’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: researching potential business in the area and developing leads; working with Leasing Managers to schedule meetings with new tenants.
Describe the skill sets a successful candidate will have for this position.
Candidate must possess strong organizational and communication skills and be able to manage their time efficiently. Driving is required.
Internship Position: Leasing and Acquisitions Intern
Semester: Summer (June - August), Fall (September - December)
Preferred Areas of Study/Major(s): Commercial Real Estate
Workdays Required: TBD
Hours Per Week: negotiable
Authorization Requirements: U.S. Citizen / U.S. National
