College Magazine--a magazine written and edited by students, based in the DC/Baltimore area--is seeking daily content writers who are interested in online video content for the website www.collegemagazine.com, to begin immediately. Writers will be asked to search the internet on a regular basis, looking for breaking news and entertainment video content that would be of interest to the College Magazine readers, and then writing a brief description of the video that appeals to the college audience. Writer is also responsible for organizing a video web contest and in doing so, creating a promotional video for College Magazine's website.
Describe the skill sets a successful candidate will have for this position.
Applicants should have previous experience with writing, film and editing.
