If you want to hit the town without actually, you know, hitting the town, try this glittering entertainment complex just north of the Inner Harbor. Packed into a few blocks between Water and Baltimore Streets (and just off I-83), you'll find restaurants like Ruth's Chris Steak House and the Blue Sea Grill, nightclubs Angels Rock Bar and Howl at the Moon, restaurants that turn into nightclubs like the Babalu Grill and the Lodge, and live music at the Rams Head Live. The bars are 21-and-over most nights and often require a cover.
