ELLICOTT CITY B&O RAILROAD STATION MUSEUM

This is the oldest surviving railroad station in America and served as the original terminal for the first 13 miles of commercial railroad in the country. Not only do visitors get to see a 40-foot model train layout depicting those original 13 miles of track, they also enjoy looking at a replica of the first horse-drawn passenger car and an actual caboose! Also listen in as living historians tell the story of the B&O's development and its resulting impact.
