JOHANSSON'S DINING HOUSE

Johansson's Dining House offers both fine dining as well as a casual brewery dining experience to patrons, and even has a separate bar and grille area called Johannson's Down Under (so big, and so good, that it gets its own posting on our site.)

An English-style tavern, Johansson's is home to Westminster's original brewing company. In that tradition, they serve several of their own brews, including Whistle Stop Amber, and Honest Ale.

The menu is definitely gourmet, as appetizers include lobster risotto and escargot, and entrees read like the menu from Top Chef, with items like Farfelle with Pesto and Salmon Roulade. But, they also have classic choices like sliders, wings, and strip steak.

Johansson's also is upscale as it has different dining rooms, each with their own unique decorative touches, and color schemes. We recommend checking out "The Parlor", there's a working fireplace and a picturesque view of downtown Westminster.

Make sure to save up, because fine dining can get expensive. But, where else does a gourmet meal come with home brews?
