When Greek diners like this make cheeseburgers, why do they melt the cheese to the bun rather than the burger? We suppose we will never know, but when we're in the Morgan State neighborhood and feel like pondering that question (or just chowing down on other diner staples like eggs, tuna melts, and the like), we head for Valentino's.
