TERSIGUEL'S FRENCH COUNTRY RESTAURANTS INC

Tersiguel's is the result of the true American Dream as two French immigrant chefs worked their way up through the ranks of dishwasher to executive chef, to achieve their ultimate dream of owning their own restaurant.

With authentic French cuisine (complete with hard to pronounce names and all) Tersiguel's offers a fine dining experience right in the heart of old Ellicott City. Serving to-die-for crepes at lunch, and gourmet dishes like duck and monkfish at dinner, Tersiguel's makes you feel like you've ventured into Top Chef land and are experiencing French cooking at its best.

Even though the original owners have retired, their son carries on the Tersiguel's tradition, and you might even see the original owner's in the dining room every once in awhile talking about the restaurant's long history. Such fine dining comes at a high price though, so make sure you save up or get your parents to treat you.
