RA Sushi’s innovative dinner menu features the following popular entrées: the Black Pepper Filet Medallions, four filet medallions served atop wasabi mashed potatoes & shiitake mushrooms, finished with grilled asparagus & black pepper butter served atop wasabi mashed potatoes and shiitake mushrooms, finished with grilled asparagus & black pepper butter, and Yuzu Halibut, braised in a creamy Yuzu broth and served with spicy crispy rice, fresh shiitake mushrooms, and spinach.
