ACROPOLIS RESTAURANT

Acropolis restaurant has the most authenic Greek food in Baltimore. The food here is better then my mother's food and she is a fantastic cook. Forget about Samos and Ikaros, the portions at Acropolis are bigger, it's guaranteed you will have enough for lunch the next day, and the prices are very low for the amount they serve. You will also find a large variety of steaks(the prime rib is to die for), regional seafood (the crabcakes are all jumbo lump, hardly any filler), and a large variety of fresh fish. The fish is so fresh you can still taste the salt from the ocean. And the lamb giouvetsi is the best lamb dish I have ever tasted. If you want real authntic Greek cuisine the Acropolis is the place to go.
