Quite possibly the best Chinese restaurant in town, Cafe Zen dishes up Chinese favorites like General Tsao's chicken and garlic shrimp prepared with such delicate attention to taste and texture that they should probably be called something else so as not to be confused with the run-of-the-mill greasy stuff you find at a lot of cheapo Chinese carry-outs. And the best thing is that it won't cost you much more than they would. It'll just make you rethink everything you thought you knew about Chinese food. It may not be enlightenment, exactly, but it sure is tasty.
