INNER HARBOR

It's the first thing most out-of-towners think of about Baltimore, and that's no surprise: Lined with shops, restaurants, a concert pavilion, the National Aquarium, the Maryland Science Center, and, of course, boats aplenty, the Inner Harbor is Baltimore's instantly recognizable centerpiece. Explore Baltimore's crown-jewel with a trip out on the water in a cruise, water taxi, or even a paddle boat. And when the sun goes down is when the Inner Harbor really heats up, with the non-stop hotspots of Power Plant Live! With a huge live music venue, dance clubs, funky bars and restaurants, this area of town is full of college students from all over Baltimore every night and it is not to be missed. Even if you don't visit any of the attractions, the Inner Harbor is a must-see for any visitor -- and a nice place to visit just about anytime.
