RECHER THEATRE

Conveniently located in the heart of Towson's restaurant and shopping district (and not far from a Collegetown Shuttle stop), the Recher is a mid-sized concert hall that boasts an eclectic schedule of local heroes and big-name national acts alike. In addition to college crowd-pleasers such as the Dave Matthews and Grateful Dead tribute bands that stop here regularly, recent shows have included the White Stripes, Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, the Flaming Lips, Les Nubians, and a Hives show that MTV2 broadcast live as part of its $2 Bill series.
