We're not always so sure of the veracity of this regional chain's name -- for fruits and veggies especially, you may be better off hitting Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, or even Safeway -- but the ubiquity of its outlets makes it a convenient place to stock up on the essentials. Its Towson store is on the Collegetown shuttle line, a few other locations are open 24 hours, and most of them feature that occasionally life-saving machine where you can dump in all your loose change and get back paper money (minus a small processing fee, of course).
