THE AVENUE AT WHITE MARSH
To be totally honest, the Avenue at White Marsh creeps us out a little bit. It's styled to look like an old American main street, but instead of homes and mom-and-pop shops, it's lined with chain stores (Old Navy, Barnes & Noble), chain restaurants (Don Pablo's, Chili's, Friday's), and a gigantic multiplex chain theater (AMC Loews White Marsh 16). Not to mention there's a charming trolley that goes around if you need to make your way through the Avenue. Still, sometimes Old Navy and blockbuster flicks are what you're after, and when that kind of mood strikes, you're sure to satisfy it here.
