STAND UP PADDLE
Stand Up Paddle Board is the fastest growing water sport worldwide and is now here in Baltimore.
From May through October, you can rent, with or without lessons, on the most beautiful water anywhere: the Gunpowder River in Baltimore County. A great date and a great workout!
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is an emerging global sport with a Hawaiian heritage. In the early 1960’s, the beach boys of Waikiki would stand on their long boards and paddle out to take pictures of the tourists learning to surf. “Beach Boy surfing” is great workout. Stand Up Paddle rentals are available in Baltimore, Dundee Creek and Hammerman beach for an adventure of open water.
