THE STRAND THEATER COMPANY

The new theater company is looking to reinvent theater to entice younger audiences to enjoy what many consider a dying art form. They also strive to put on performances that are written by women and that have roles for women.

Specializing in contemporary theater, they opened their doors for their first performances in the summer of 2008. Located in the heart of the Station North Arts District, this little theater has a lot of heart and is hoping to be a company that will keep audiences coming to see the art of live theater.
